What Are Langah Points®, You Ask?
Langah Points®! A wonderful phrase mostly used in Cameroon, Africa. It means: 'To Incite Envy or Admiration'. We're talking about stuff that is just so DAMN good, utterly GROOVY and worth being jealous about! If I 'Make You Langah' it means I impressed you with something and made you admire or even covet it. If 'I am Langah' It means I'm impressed, crave, or want that special something.
How It All Began
I travel a lot! Especially around Africa, and I noticed something...Nothing is ever the same anywhere! At first I was really annoyed! Architecture, structures, town planning, services...no consistency. I started calling myself 'Africa's Official Unofficial Minister of Stairs & Standards and began sharing tales of my travels.

When I stopped being annoyed I saw the beauty in the randomness, the emerging creativity of everyday people going about their lives and businessespassionately, despite real challenges and issues. Sometimes, the resulting efforts could be quite awful!! But sometimes it was a glorious triumph that I was glad not to have missed!
The Langah Points Rating System
It's a bit like the Michelin Star system for restaurants or the Tomatometer® for movies. I travel the world and assign LangahPoints® to all the wonderful, exciting, innovative, artistic and 'unusual' things that Africa has to offer, and all the global experiences, goods, services, trends and products that anyone else might be interested in.
